We love referrals, that's how we grow! If you refer a candidate we place, a job order we fill, or if you refer both a job order and the candidate that fills that job order, we'll make sure you're rewarded. Just remember that if a client asks you to refer potential candidates directly to them, it's a violation of the Hicks Professional Group contract which states that contractors will refer prospective candidates to Hicks and not directly to our clients.
If you refer a colleague not previously known to us, and we subsequently place your referred candidate on assignment, you will be eligible for a referral award. The award will be paid in increments of $250 for each 480 hours worked and billed by Hicks, up to a maximum of $500. In order to be eligible for a colleague referral you must personally know the candidate. "Blind referrals" do not qualify for this program.
If you refer a new client lead to us and we fill that requirement, you will receive $250 for each 480 hours worked and billed by Hicks, up to a maximum of $500.
